BREEZEHAM WHIP CONGO BOYZ IN MALINDI

BreezeHam whipped  Congo Boyz 2-1 to take lead in the FKF Division Two Northern Zone Pool A league following a thrilling match played at Timboni Mjanaheri ground in Malindi this Sunday. BreezeHam drew the first blood in the 10’th min through Mark Mwangemi for a 1-0 lead at the first stanza.  Changawa Kaingu stretched lead for the hosts five minutes after resumption. The visitors earned a consolation goal in the dying minutes through a penalty awarded following an infringement inside the box. Top scorer Anwar Abdulhakim stepped  up convert the spot kick taking his goals tally to three goals in the league.

FIREWORKS IN MALINDI AS BREEZEHAM, CONGO BOYZ CLASH

Fireworks are expected at the intimidating Timboni Mjanaheri ground, Malindi this Sunday when Congo Boyz and BreezeHam lock horns in top of the bill clash in the FKF Division Two Northern Zone League Pool A match. The match kicks off at 15:00 hours. Both teams have three points after recording comfortable victories during their opening match played at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki on Easter Monday and will be seeking to extend their win.

IDRISS TARGETS PROMOTION TO FKF DIVISION ONE LEAGUE

Taita Taveta All Stars head coach Idriss Mohammed targets promotion to the FKF Division One League next season. Speaking from Wundayi following the clubs 5-1 triumph over Nyota during  the FKF Division Two Northern Zone League Pool A match played on Easter Monday at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki Idris said the club has all what it takes to earn promotion. ‘’Our team is a blend of youth and experience.We have very good players in the team who are capable of  taking the team to the next level. Our aim is to  clinch the league  title and book a  ticket to the FKF Division One League 2018 season’’ Idris singled out  dazzling  midfielder  Khalid Deco the two goal hero of Mondays 5-1 triumph over Nyota as a player  who will go places. Other key players include lethal striker Khalid Azziz and versatile defender  Charles Onyango.

MODERN COAST RANGERS BOUNCE BACK IN FKF NSL

Modern Coast Rangers returned to their winning ways after they shot down Kisumu All Stars 2-1 during the second tier FKF Super league match played at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki .

Rangers took an early lead in the 3’rd min through former Gor Mahia under 20 strikerNahashon Thiongo.

The hosts should have doubled the lead in the 26’th min when they were awarded a penalty following an infringement inside the box.

However  Alex Yoroga’s spot kick hit the wood worK before his rebound shot went over the bar. Rangers atoned for the missed penalty when Dominic Waithaka connected a cross from Nahashon Thong’o.

FKF DIVISION TWO: TAITA TAVETA ALL STARS FLY OVER NYOTA

FKF Division Two Northern Zone newbies Taita Taveta All Stars started their campaign on a sound note after they thrashed Nyota from Magongo 5-1 during the league match played at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki this Easter Monday.

Lothan Mwagodi netted the opener for the victors in the 4’th min and Boaz Mwagodidoubled the lead at half an hours mark. Nyota fought back four minutes later throughChris Odhiambo .

After resumption All Stars came back breathing fire and increasd the goals tally five minutes after an hours mark through Azziz HalikKhalid Deco added the fourth goal in the 74’th min before  completing the amazing goal burst two minutes later.

The Taita Taveta County sponsored team have no action next weekends until on April 14’th when they welcome Mnarani from Kilifi  in their mxt league match at their slaughetrslab at Wundayi Stadium. Nyota on the other hand travel to Kombani to clash with Super Matuga next Saturday

FKF DIVISION TWO: BREEZEHAM WHIP SPARKI YOUNGSTERS

Newly promoted Sparki Youngsters surrendered a 1-0 lead at breather to lose 1-4 to BreezeHam from Malindi in the FKF Division Two Northern Zone league match played at KPA Sports Club  Mbaraki.

Sammy Masha sent the hosts  into early celebrations in the 3’rd min, scoreline that lasted to breather.

BreezeHam came back a rejuvenated side and restored the parity throughKhamis Khaffan  two minutes after resumption . Omar Barissa stretched lead in the 55’th min and Mwalimu Safari added the fourth goal three minutes later.

Mark  Mwangemi wrapped the match with a 72’nd min strike.

Sparki Youngsters were promoted to the league after winning the FKF South Coast Branch title in which they pipped Congo Boyz with a solitary goal in the finals held early this year at RG Ngala .

Sparki Youngsters travel to the intimidating Bukhungu stadium in Kilifi for a date with Kilifi All Stars next Sunday.

Meanwhile BreezeHam entertain Congo Boyz in their next league match at Timboni Mjanaheri ground in Malindi the same Sunday

MWAFITINA STRIKE SALVAGE A POINT FOR SUPER MATUGA

 A late strike by Ali Mwafitina salvaged a point for visiting Super Matuga from Kwale as they held Sparki Youth to a 2-2 deadlock during the FKF Division Two Northern Zone League match played at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki. The hosts should blame themselves for missing a penalty awarded  at an hours mark following an infringement inside the box but David Mutua spotkick was saved by flamboyant goalkeeper Suleiman Mwasiri of Super Matuga.

Edward Kibwana sent the visitors into early celebrations in the 5’th minbefore Ahmed Salim fought back for Sparki Youth two minutes after an hours leadBadi Kalume stretched lead for Sparki Youth in the 71’st min. Ali Mwafitini cancelled the deficit to deny the hosts maximum points in the 85’th min.

CONGO BOYZ CRUCIFY KILIFI ALL STARS

Hussein ‘’Neymar’’Abdulmalik and Anwar Abdulkadir scored a brace each as Congo Boyz crucified hapless Kilifi Stars with a 5-0 thumping during theopening match of the FKF Division Two Northern Zone Pool A match at KPA Sports Club Mbaraki this Easter Monday.

Batoto Ba Congo Boyz threw everything into attack from the word go and the prosecuter in chief  Hussein ‘’Neymar’’abdulmalik  pulled the first trigger in the 5’thNeymar was the master assassin again when he completed a brace seven minutes later for a 2-0 lead at breather.

FKF DIVISION TWO LEAGUE KICKS OFF AT MBARAKI

All roads lead to KPA Sports Club Mbaraki this Easter Monday as the FKF Division Two Northern Zone League kicks off with a total of four matches on the card. FKF South Coast Branch Mini League losing finalists Congo Boys play host to visiting Kilifi All Stars in the opening match at 9:00 hours before Spaki Youth battle with battle hardened Super Matuga from Kwale in the second match at 11:00 hours.

FKF South Coast Branch Champions Sparki Youngsters take on BreezeHam from Malindi at 14:00 hours before the main attraction between  Nyota from Magongo against Taita Taveta All Stars kick off 16:00 hours.
